Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with The States of Guernsey, is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants (Band 3 & Band 4) to join the Community Adult Physical Disability Team within Community Health and Social Care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your healthcare career abroad and make a real difference in the lives of adults with complex care needs, including neurological conditions, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and addictive behaviours.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal and social care to adults in the community

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neurology nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and the complex care nurse lead

• Support service users with individualised care plans tailored to their physical and emotional needs

?? Job Requirements

• Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (e.g. BTEC Advanced Certificate in Positive Behavioural Support)

• A valid driving licence is desirable (may be negotiable depending on placement)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

?? Salary & Pay Enhancements

Band 3 Salary: £27,950 - £30,996 BAR £31,966 - £32,720 per annum

Band 4 Salary: £31,966 - £35,828 BAR £36,899 - £37,967 per annum

Enhanced Pay Rates for Unsocial Hours:

• Weeknights (8pm – 6am): +40%

• Saturdays: +40%

• Sundays & Public Holidays: +80%
