What We're Looking For:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration

Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a nursing home setting (mandatory)

Postgraduate qualification in healthcare or management

Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills

Deep knowledge of HIQA regulations and compliance standards

Full eligibility to work in Ireland
