Pharmacy Technician - Maternity Cover

Location: North Dublin

Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

Salary: €41,084 - €52,365 per annum (commensurate with experience)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join a leading Hospital in North Dublin on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, supporting high standards of patient care and contributing to the efficient running of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, stock management, and administrative tasks.

* Assist in the preparation and supply of medications to patients and healthcare staff in accordance with regulatory standards.

* Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping.

* Liaise with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.

* Provide excellent customer service and always maintain a patient-focused approach.

Requirements:

* Qualification as a Pharmacy Technician (IPU or equivalent recognised certification).

* Previous experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting is highly desirable.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work as part of a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
