Infection Prevention Control Nurse

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a sub-acute hospital in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor staff, audits, and preventative measures

- Analysis and maintain the facility for infection control and also the health of the employees

- Implement any new staff training, procedures, or new policies

- Uphold care center policies, best clinical practices, while identifying, and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing

Requirements

- Registered with the NMBI live register

- Must have 2 years' experience working as an infection prevention and control nurse.

- Recognised qualification in infection control

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Sound decision-making ability.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others and work independently.

- Results-oriented.
