Job Description
Clarity are now recruiting for a Practice Nurse in a Medical Centre based in Wicklow
Monday to Friday position, no late nights.
24-36 hours per week. Ideally 3-5 days per week
Flexible on rostered days.
Previous practice nurse experience desirable
Need to be able to perform cervical checks, phlebotomy and primary immunisation
The Ideal Candidate must be/have:
? Be active on the live NMBI register
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work on your own initiative
? Good time management
? Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
? Carrying out physical examinations, investigatory procedures and cervical smear and
pregnancy tests
? Diagnosing and treating illnesses and ailments
? Providing advice about contraception and fitting contraceptive devices.
? Treating wounds
? Childhood immunisation
? Working with BP monitors
? Administration and management of stock
