CNM2 - Urology Day Unit

Clarity is recruiting for a CNM2 - Urology Day Unit for a hospital in South Dublin.

The nurse manager is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for Urology Day unit. This includes clinical, human resources, and financial management.

The role is accountable for clinical and administrative duties including productivity of the unit, service development and interdisciplinary relationship building and support.

Qualifications

NMBI Registered General Nurse licence in good standing

Preferably hold a post graduate qualification in urology.

Preferably hold a post graduate qualification in management.

Experience

Minimum of (3) years’ experience in urology plus two years of progressive management experience required.

Experience in Urology nursing desirable.

Experience with intravesical instillations of chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Confident and capable in the nursing management of urological conditions.
