Advance Specialist Pharmacist - Clinical Trials

Role: Advanced Specialist Pharmacist - Clinical Trials Location: Private Hospital (Dublin) Salary: €81,126 - €96,072

TTM Healthcare are working on behalf of a leading Dublin-based hospital to recruit an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist to lead and manage the delivery of Clinical Trials pharmacy services.

Applications are also welcome from experienced Senior Pharmacists eager to advance their career in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage pharmacy support for clinical trials in line with GCP, HPRA and EU regulations.

Oversee safe introduction, handling, and documentation of Investigational Medicinal Products.

Act as a key liaison with clinical teams, sponsors, regulatory bodies, and CRAs.

Develop SOPs, ensure QA compliance, and contribute to financial/resource planning for trials.

Supervise pharmacy staff involved in trials and contribute to training and continuous improvement.

Participate in research, audits, and quality initiatives, including JCI Accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Diploma or MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice.

4+ years of post-registration hospital experience, including 2+ years in clinical trials or a related specialty.

Desirable:

Further qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy, Business, Risk, or Management.

Experience in team leadership, project management, and protocol development.
