An expanding export company in Dublin 8 has a new opportunity for a Shipping Administrator to further strengthen their Administration Team.

As a Shipping Administrator you will use your problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to guarantee quality service to customers around the globe.
We are looking for candidates with attention to detail. Data entry experience is key along with being able to book shipments using shippers portals.

Candidate will need to have following attributes:

- Excellent Telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
- Experience as a Customer Service/Shipping in a similar environment.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Good work ethic and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.
- Good excel, word, access & systems knowledge
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Motivated and able to work as part of a team with a "hands on" attitude.
