CNM, ADON (Galway)

Servisource are recruiting on behalf of a private nursing home group for a CNM, ADON and DON for their facility in Co. Galway.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role within a rehabilitation, nursing home, or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, HSE requirements, and relevant legislation.
• Experience in contract management, particularly with the HSE, is desirable.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and practices is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
