Responsibilities of this Mental Health Nurse role in Dublin include:

• Monitor and assess patients condition on an ongoing basis
• Develop, implement and document progress and results of individualised care plans
• Administer medications as required and monitor as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records
• Communicate and liaise with a multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to all HSE guidelines, procedures and confidentiality policies.

Requirements of this Mental Health Nurse role in Dublin include:

• Full registration with the Psychiatric Division of the NMBI
• Hold all relevant qualifications and up to date TMVA/MAPA/HSE certificates
• Have clear, open communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a high standard of person-centred nursing care.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
