Job Description

Salary: £32,240 - £37,960 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Join their dedicated team as a Registered Childrens Nurse, where you will deliver high-quality, holistic care in the comfort of patients' homes.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide personalized support and specialist treatment, ensuring safe and effective nursing care by administering a range of IV therapies as outlined in patient care plans. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, their families, and support networks, facilitating their treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-focused nursing care in home settings.

Administer IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections.

Conduct holistic clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Empower patients through personalized support and engagement..

Key Skills Required:
