Healthcare Manager

In this key leadership role, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for the management of the nursing department in all aspects of staff management.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
• Relevant third-level qualification
• Extensive experience at management level within a health care setting essential, preferably in the fertility area. 
• Extensive experience in regulatory, health and safety, quality, clinical governance, and risk management essential.
• Extensive experience in mentoring and training staff essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of implementing improvements
• Evidence of ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
• Evidence of flexibility to respond to needs of the organisation as required.
