Position Overview: As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the provision of home nursing services, ensuring exceptional care for our young patients. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility based on service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support nursing staff in the delivery of care.

Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Maintain high-quality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.

Adapt to changing service needs and challenges.

Requirements

Registered Children’s Nurse or Registered General Nurse with at least five years experience in paediatric or complex care within the Irish Healthcare system and a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Self-motivated and dynamic with a commitment to quality care.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to work independently.

Experience with audit and quality improvement programs would be an advantage.
