Clinical Nurse Manager I

Akeso Healthsearch is a leading nursing and healthcare recruitment agency. We work in partnership with both public and private hospitals, as well as in semi-acute facilities, paediatric homecare, residential services, and practice nursing.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager I to join a Non-Profit offering Community Services in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the governance, operational management, and administration of nursing and healthcare services, providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring effective use of resources.

* Deliver nursing care and support within GP clinics across multiple locations as required.

* Manage and oversee hospital discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions of care for patients.

* Work closely with senior nursing staff to carry out audits, reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high hygiene standards for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

* Registered in the General Nurse Division with An Bord Altranais or eligible for registration.

* Additional training in areas such as community health, addiction, housing, or counselling.

* Qualification in management or leadership experience desirable.

* At least three years of post-registration nursing experience.

* Proven experience working with individuals with complex health needs.

* Travel around Dublin will be required.
