Stoma Clinical Nurse Advisor

Great opportunity for an experienced Stoma Care nurse to join one of the world’s leading health care suppliers in the specialist role of Stoma Clinical Nurse Advisor. With a focus on hospitals, medical practices, pharmacies, nursing, emergency services and at-home care, this role gives the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to become an expert in this area of care.

The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Manager – WOC & IPC (Wound, Ostomy, Continence, Infection Prevention Control) and will be responsible for the provision of a Stoma Nursing support service when required by key customers in line with our clients Homecare Service rollout. While located in Dublin, the territory will be countrywide excluding Northern Ireland but with a focus on key accounts and regions. Ideally you will be located in the midlands/Dublin region

This is a permanent position with flexible working hours with the understanding the successful candidate must be able/willing to work if required outside of normal office hours.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply: 

·      A registered Nurse with the INMB.

·      Experience in the area of Stoma care is a requirement and experience in urology would be favourable.

·      Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

·      Exceptional listening skills, strong presentation, and communication skills.

·      Demonstrate effective time management skills, administrative and effective written communication capabilities.

·      Full clean driving license.

·      Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
