Clinical Nurse Manager 2, Endoscopy

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to have partnered with a leading hospital group, providing high-quality healthcare in Ireland. Key locations within the group include JCI accredited hospitals in Waterford, Kilkenny, Kildare and Dublin.

There is currently an excellent opportunity for experienced endoscopy nurses to progress to the role of  Clinical Nurse Manager 2, Endoscopy with opportunities in Co Waterford and Co Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the Endoscopy unit ensuring the provision of safe, quality assured, efficient service for patients and colleagues.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Be a registered general nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a management role within a busy endoscopy service.
• Previous experience within a private healthcare setting would be advantageous.
• Previous experience with JAG accreditation would be desirable.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to influence others.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of quality audit/assurance systems.
• Have experience in change management.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Evidence of participation in an accreditation process would be desirable.
