On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing to join a nursing home in Co. Donegal.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold high standards in care delivery and resident satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

* Current NMBI registration with proven supervisory experience.

* Strong communication and organisational skills to lead a cohesive nursing team.

* Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care, with experience in elderly care.
