Care Home Nurses

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work with a well established client in the Belfast area. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and medical needs.

* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

* Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

* Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health management and care plans.

* Assist with daily living activities as needed, promoting resident independence and dignity.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident progress.

* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in care delivery.

Requirements:

* Valid NMC registration as a Band 5 Nurse

* Previous nursing experience in clinical settings

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
