Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is seeking a dedicated **Assistant Director of Nursing** for a vibrant nursing home in Kilcolgan. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring:

·        Qualifications: Active NMBI registration and a recognized managerial qualification (minimum Level 6).

·        Experience: At least 3 years post-registration in older persons' care or nursing home settings, with a solid understanding of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.

·        Skills: Strong communication abilities, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with IT systems and knowledge of home support applications (NHSS/Fair Deal) is essential.

As ADON, you will play a crucial role in fostering a caring environment, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with standards of excellence. You'll also support the Assisted Decision-Making process, championing the rights and dignity of all residents.
