Cpl Healthcare in partnership with the State of Guernsey is looking to recruit Band 5 Mental Health Nurses for full time positions working in acute in patients service and aged care mental health services.

Job Highlights:

• Position: Staff Nurse (Band 5), Older Adult Mental Health
• Salary: £36,899 - £42,779 BAR £43,954 - £47,590 per annum
• Location: Guernsey, English Channel
• Type: Full Time

Requirements:

• Essential:
  • Degree/Diploma in related field (RGN or RMN)
  • Good understanding of English (verbal and written)
  • Clear communication skills
  • Full NMC registration on the mental health division
  • Two years mental health recent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Leadership skills for developing junior staff
  • Caring, empathetic, and creative
  • Good physical fitness
