Speech Pathologist

Join our client, a leading provider of allied health services across Residential Aged Care, community care, and NDIS participants.About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services in community settings including homes, childcare centers, aged care, and schools. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact clients’ health and wellbeing, promoting communication and swallowing care.What You’ll Need:

• Accredited Australian entry-level speech pathology qualification OR Overseas Qualification Assessment (within the last 2 years).
• Eligible for membership as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP).
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Provide assessments and treatments for communication and swallowing disorders across all ages.
• Collaborate with educators and families to enhance children's speech and communication outcomes.
• Work within NDIS and community care systems.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
