Cpl Healthcare in collaboration with our client a leading speech and language therapy clinic based in Co. Kildare are seeking staff grade Speech Therapists to join their team. 

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist to join a dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a therapist to develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Working closely with clients and their families to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
