Staff Nurse – Nights – Full time & Part time considered – Band 5/6 DoE - Wolverhampton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward thinking Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to work nights in a well renowned Nursing Home that provides exceptional person-centred care for people who have mental illness, Alzheimer’s, dementia, sensory disorder, physical disability and clients with palliative care needs.

Role Responsibilities:

Daily administration of prescribed medication, including PRN

Completing detailed daily documentation/record keeping

Updating client care plans routinely and additionally as required

Responding to the daily clinical needs of individual clients

Clear and concise communication skills are essential for daily liaison with the management, care team and relevant external professionals

Qualifications:

Nursing Qualification with NMC Registration

Experienced in elderly care

Skills Required:

Motivated, positive and with great interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership skills with the drive to lead a team of Care Assistants that deliver high quality, personal care

Committed to maintaining professional standards and ongoing learning
