Staff Nurse – Nights - Part time – Up to £22.50 p/h - Stourport on Severn

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RGN to work nights in a well renowned care home, providing nursing and residential care in the Stourport-on-Severn area.

You will be joining an experienced team of enthusiastic Nurses with a range of specialisms, from learning disability through to dementia and other associated mental health conditions.

Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering personalised nursing care, managing medication, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all residents

Developing tailored care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Maintaining accurate resident records

Delivering excellent care in compliance with Company standards

Qualifications:

Nursing Qualification with NMC Registration

Experienced in elderly care

Skills Required:

Motivated, positive and with great interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership skills with the drive to lead a team of Care Assistants that deliver high quality, personal care

Committed to maintaining professional standards and ongoing learning
