Vaccinator

Excel Healthcare is currently recruiting a high number of Vaccinators for a Vaccination Program running in North Dublin.

This is an ongoing contract from 1st October to 1st December. Starting date and inductions through Sept/October.

About this Vaccinator role:

• Accepting registered nurses with NMBI Pin and also GP's/ Doctors
• This role is fully flexible on hours and days per week.
• Full or part time options are available.
• Full or half day options, 7:45AM-5:38 PM or 7:45 AM to 2PM.
• Administering vaccinations within schools, hospitals, nursing homes and other locations throughout Dublin city and north Dublin.
• Transport from a central location daily provided. From Croke Park area.

Key responsibilities of this Vaccinator job include:

• Administer vaccinations on-site to clients.
• Set up and dismantle pop-up vaccination clinics at various locations.
• Maintain and clean vaccination equipment.
• Properly store and dispose of medical waste.
• Provide general advice on vaccination safety and eligibility.
• Ensure all training and procedures are followed.

The requirements of this Vaccinator Job:

• Active NMBI registration and a valid PIN or Registration with IMC
• Right to work in Ireland - Valid Stamp 1G, 2 or 4 or EU, EEA passport.
• Relevant qualifications and certificates (Anaphylactic training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in similar positions preferred.
• Attend and keep up to date with all training required.
