Job type: Full Time Permanent (33hour per week)

Salary: € 48,124 - € 69,540

TTM Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Staff Grade Social Worker for one of Ireland's leading healthcare organisations based in Salthill, Galway.

Services provided are day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training and multi-disciplinary supports. The purpose of this job is to carry out a wide range of social work duties, in accordance with the organisation's policies and procedures, and to work as part of the Home Sharing Team.

The Home Sharing Placement Social Worker is responsible, along with other team members for the overall operation of Home Sharing. This will include all aspects of the recruitment, training, assessments, and support to individuals in receipt of Home Sharing including facilitating the review of Home Sharing (Short breaks), Contract Family and Shared Living Placements

Qualifications and Requirements:

* CORU registration

* Full license and access to a car (paid mileage)

* Experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities desirable
