Band 2 & 3 HCA's - Day and Night Shifts - Southern Health & Social Care Trust

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Band 2 Healthcare Assistants to work in all locations across the Southern Health & Social Care Trusts . Candidates must be open to work in the Daisy Hill, Craigavon, Lurgan and South Tyrone Hospitals.

We are looking for candidates with flexibility in both day and night shifts. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting the nursing staff and delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires a commitment to providing compassionate care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different working environments.

At TTM Healthcare a Tier 1 provider, you'll play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care to our patients.

Minimum Requirements

·Help patients with their daily needs, making sure they feel comfortable and happy.

· Assist patients in moving and getting around, so they feel safe and confident.

·Keep an eye on patients' health signs and write them down, so we can help them quickly if anything changes.

·Be a friendly presence for patients, offering emotional support and being a friend.

·Encourage patients to do things they enjoy, like activities and hobbies, to boost their mood and well-being.

·Make sure patients' wishes are heard by talking with them and the healthcare team.

·Keep the place clean and safe, which is important for patients' peace and getting better

Requirements - To be eligible for this role you must have:

· 6 months experience in a healthcare environment

· Right to work in Northern Ireland

· Be available for day and night shifts

· Valid inoculations (MMR, Hep B, Varicella and TB)
