Salary Details: €16/20 DOE

On behalf of our Client, we are recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a well-established Independent Pharmacy in Portlaoise, Co. Laois

The role is permanent and flexible, requires working 5 or 4 days a week. No Sundays, Bank Holidays or late nights are required. The system used is MPS.

Store Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday 9- 6
Saturday 9.30 - 6
Sundays and Bank Holiday closed

Key Responsibilities

Customer-focused - handling queries both on the phone and instore
Dispensing Prescriptions
Blister packs
End-of-month claims
Manage dispensary stock
Receiving and sending pharmacy orders
Calling doctors with queries on patient medication interactions
Accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

Previous Irish retail pharmacy experience is essential
Good knowledge of pharmacy products
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Diligent
