Occupational Health Nurse - Limerick - Full time

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client based in Limerick has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse - Full time on site. Our client is an international pharmaceutical company. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join the dedicated Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) Team and be part of developing and stablishing of a new occupational health department.

The role will involve

• Designing, implementing, and managing the occupational health programs and services that promote the health, safety and wellbeing of the employees in line with our clients policies and procedures.
• Promote and provide best practice and deliver health care services to employees within an occupational health setting, to assist ill and injured employees to reach maximum health and productivity.
• To be able to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills, flexible to the needs of the growing organisation, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and to be able to interact positively at all levels of the organisation are necessary prerequisites.

Interested candidates must have

• Registered General Nurse
• 3 years occupational health nursing experience
• Good communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Certificate in First Aid and Manual Handling Instructor Training desirable but not required.
