Clinical Quality & Safety Coordinator Nurse Manager - Addiction Services

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Quality and Safety Manager (CNM2) on behalf of one of Ireland's leading Addiction Services.

This is a maternity leave contract (12 months) with an opportunity to work a hybrid model working 35 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations fortnightly.

These locations include Dublin, Limerick , Kerry and Cork.

The Role:

The overall purpose of this role is to develop and lead in the management and implementation of the clinical quality and safety agenda. The post holder will ensure that the service is compliant with the quality assurance framework set out in SLA's and with good practice guidelines in the area of drug and alcohol treatment.

Person Specification:

Experience:

Education & Qualifications

Essential:

* Primary Accredited Bachelor's Degree in a Health-related discipline NFQ (Level 8)

Desirable:

* Qualification in Quality & Safety or Risk Management

Knowledge & Skills:

Essential:

* Knowledge of Risk Management processes and Quality Improvement

* Knowledge and experience of a healthcare setting

* Worked with marginalised communities (homelessness, Addiction, mental health)

* Has managed teams

* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation and regulations

Desirable:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skill

* Professionalism and discretion with ability to manage sensitive situations in confidence and with tact and diplomacy

* Proven capacity to deliver clear reports, documentation and presentations to a range of stakeholders, internally and externally

* Experience and working knowledge of risk management strategy and systems
