MRI Radiographer

Job Title: MRI Radiographer Location: Dublin, Ireland Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: 40-55K DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Radiographer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology.

Responsibilities:

- Perform MRI scans on patients as per the physician's orders.

- Ensure that all MRI equipment is functioning correctly and safely.

- Monitor and record patient vital signs during the MRI procedure.

- Use knowledge of anatomy and pathology to accurately interpret MRI images.

- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all legal requirements.

- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

- Ensure that all MRI procedures are carried out in accordance with established safety protocols.

- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control programs for MRI equipment.

Requirements:

- Degree in Radiography or equivalent.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Radiographer.

- Knowledge of MRI equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Must be registered with CORU
