Clinical Nurse Manager 1, Residential Sevices

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 1, in Waterford City.

Our client provides services to adults with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities at a medium and high level of need in an environment that encourages independence and promotes their rights and well-being.

The successful applicant will lead and manage while mentoring and supervising frontline support teams who support individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and activities. You will oversee and ensure the provision of the highest quality clinical care and will be required to establish and maintain relationships.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

• RGN, RNID, RPN on the live register of the NMBI
• A minimum of 3 years post registration experience and currently operating at CNM1 level.
• Nurses with significant nursing experience (4-5 years) at staff nurse level will also be considered.
• Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field.
• Have experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels.
• Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
• Desire for personal and professional development.
