Qualifications and Experience:

·      Possession of a Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

·      experience in a Cardiothoracic ICU unit is highly desirable.

·      Demonstrated leadership prowess with the ability to inspire and galvanize multidisciplinary teams.

·      Proficiency in clinical practice, focusing on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
