Job Description
Supervising Pharmacist - Drumcondra
Full time permanent, Supervising Pharmacist role in Drumcondra D9
Role will involve working 40 hours per week. Pharmacy is independently owned
Opening hours Monday - Friday 9-7 and 9-6 on a Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Operating and managing the dispensary in accordance with legal responsibilities, inline with the law, ethics and codes of practice laid down by the PSI.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with patients, supplier and the general public.
- Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately
- Monitoring stock and communicating with suppliers
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date and that all SOP's are followed, managing and following up on monthly claims
- Understand the commercial side of the pharmacy and ensure the store is performing
- Other day to day duties

- BSc (Pharm)/MPharm
- Must be registered as a pharmacist with the PSI for a minimum of 3 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work on own initiative
- A good understanding of budgets and stock management
- Strong customer service skills
