Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek a Director of Nursing for a nursing home in Co. Wicklow.

Located in the picturesque village of Kilcoole, in the ‘Garden of Ireland’, this Nursing Home is a new modern nursing home.

This home is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000, operates a total of 27 nursing and care homes with over 1,600 beds in Ireland.

Eligible applicants are invited to apply-

• Qualified RGN with at least 3 years’ experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person.
• Post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• No less than 3 years’ experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area.
• Registered Nurse on appropriate part of Irish live register.
• Evidence of continuous Professional Development
• Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
• Sound decision making ability
• Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative
• Ability to work well and promote a team environment
• Appreciation of finance issues
• Results driven
