Job Description
Clarity are currently recruiting for Director of Nursing for a Nursing Home based in South Dublin
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Providing leadership to all staff
Leading on strategic development for the hospital
Overseeing the delivery of clinical excellence and quality care
Responsible for infection prevention and control within the hospital
Responsible for safeguarding people with care needs within the hospital
About you:
Be fully registered with the NMBI
A minimum of 7 years post registration experience.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Manager
A minimum of 3 years’ caring for older persons in the last 6 years
Management qualification QQI Level 6 or above
Post graduate qualification in Gerontological Nursing or in a related field (desirable)
