Staff Nurse - Nursing Home

Clarity are now recruiting for a Registered General Nurse in a Nursing Home based in Monaghan

The Ideal Candidate must be/have:

Be active on the live NMBI register

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on your own initiative

Good time management

Passion for the delivery of excellent nurse care

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by their doctor

Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions

Maintain accurate records of residents care

Identify care planning needs

Carry out risk assessment

Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members

Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff

Monitor patients' diet and exercise

Maintain continuing education and licensing requirements

Report any issues that arose during each shift
