Unit Manager

TTM Healthcare are working in partnership with a stunning care facility in Manchester who are seeking a dedicated RGN to join their friendly team as the new Unit Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Social Care Professional to work in partnership with our team to deliver quality care for a diverse group of residents.
This position is for 36 hours per week, over 3 days at £22.00 per hour. PLUS, a £5000 welcome bonus!
Previous experience within a care/support/clinical environment is essential for this role.
What qualifications and experience you need:
·Registered Nurse with current NMC registration first level or equivalent
·Experience of working in a care or clinical environment
·Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks in particular moving and handling of residents. Carryout risk assessments having due regard for personal safety and safety of residents, visitors, and team members.
·Understand personal responsibilities in relation to the Health and Safety at Work Act and fire safety and evacuation procedures, demonstrating a working knowledge of COSHH assessments applicable in your area of work.
