Job Description
Retail Manager - Pharmacy based - Killybegs
Full time, permanent contract, working 40 hours per week. Pharmacy opens Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm and closed on Sundays.
QR select are currently working closely with an Pharmacy, to recruit an experienced store manager their team in Killybegs
The position demands a motivated, energetic, commercial and customer focused individual who is interested in driving a business forward. The successful applicant will have an understanding of retail and previous experience managing a team.
Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers and the general community, ensuring the highest level of customer standards
• Creating a team environment and ensuring that the team are performing
• Liaise with the regional manager and working to achieve pharmacy targets
• Ensuring store commercial store standards within the pharmacy at all times
• Analysing sales reports and store budgets

What are we looking for?

• Must have previous retail management experience
• Experience dealing with budgets, reports and delivering on KPI's
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership abilities
