Supervising Pharmacist - Mallow

Supervising Pharmacist role in Mallow. Pharmacy is part of a small independent pharmacy group
Role is for a full time permanent position, working on average 42 hours per week.
Pharmacy opens Monday to Saturday 9-9 and Sunday 10-6.
Rota will involve working 4 days a week, Week 1 Monday to Thursday, week 2 Wednesday to Saturday. Will be working 3 long days and one shorter day a week.
Will not be required to work on Sundays.
Busy dispensary with good support team in place.

Responsibilities:

Operating and managing the dispensary in accordance with legal responsibilities, inline with the law, ethics and codes of practice laid down by the PSI.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with patients, supplier and the general public.
Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately
Monitoring stock and communicating with suppliers
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date and that all SOP's are followed, managing and following up on monthly claims
Understand the commercial side of the pharmacy and ensure the store is performing

What we are looking for:

BSc (Pharm)/MPharm
Must be registered as a pharmacist with the PSI for a minimum of 3 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work on own initiative
A good understanding of budgets and stock management
Strong customer service skills
