ECS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Healthcare Advisor for our client based in Dublin.

The successful candidate will provide high levels of sales, service and standards to our customers, ensuring that they receive expert healthcare advice and support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and be knowledgeable about pharmacy products and services.

Responsibilities:

. Provide high levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch

. Meet sales targets and be responsible for driving sales

. Maintain a strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services

. Manage cash and adhere to company standards and procedures

. Merchandising and Marketing

. Purchasing and Stock Control as per company policy

. Liaise with sales representatives

. Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed

Requirements:

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Excellent sales skills and customer service required

. Friendly and approachable Positive attitude

. A helpful and courteous manner

. Willing to work as part of a team

. Qualification in Retail or similar experience

. Pharmacy experience advantageous

. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, when required

. Fluency in English
