Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Senior Quality & Compliance Officer on behalf of their client, a national organisation that supports and empowers older people to live independently at home.  

This organisation consults with individuals and their families, works with other organisations, and campaigns nationwide to improve the lives of older people. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System (“QMS”) and Compliance within the organisation making sure all quality and compliance standards are maintained throughout.

This is a 2-year contract working a 35-hour week. The role can be a hybrid role with the office based close to Dublin city centre. The position may require some travel in the Republic of Ireland.  

To be considered for the role, the following criteria must be met:

• Relevant qualification
• Prior experience in a control function, such as Quality, Compliance or Audit.
• An ability to read and understand complex regulations, standards, policies and procedures and then distil the requirements in order to provide practical and relevant advice and guidance to the organisation.
• A proven ability to problem solve and also implement (or assist in the implementation of) the solution.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and be comfortable using MS Office and other similar applications.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
