Residential Service Manager PIC

Contract: Full-time Permanent Positions
Salary: €48,000 - €55,000 per annum
Locations: Kildare/Laois

As Service Manager you will ensure that all the Regulatory requirements for full compliance with relevant legislation and National Standards are met. To promulgate and oversee a continuous improvement culture which seeks to exceed compliance and strive for excellence in all areas of operation and practice in the home

Requirements:

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
• A relevant Health or Social Care Management Qualification
• 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in health or social care
• 2 years' experience in the intellectual disability or autism field for those with Social Work or Applied Social Studies
• Full Driving Licence and access to own transport
