Project Manager Healthcare

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects for an expanding healthcare group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders

* Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful completion of projects

* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met

* Manage project communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure that expectations are appropriately set and managed

* Ensure that project quality standards are met and that project deliverables are of a high quality

* Implement and maintain project management best practices and standards



Required:

* A primary degree in a relevant field

* PM2, Prince2, PMBOK or Agile certification

* At least 3 years of project management in a healthcare environment

* Proven experience leading projects from initiation to successful completion

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

* Strong leadership and project management skills

* Experience with project management software and tools

* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
