Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a leading public hospital based in based in Melbourne Victoria Australia seeking to hire AHPRA eligible nurses for roles in the emergency department.                                                                                                                           

Our client’s hospital is a 200-bed public hospital which consists of the woman’s emergency care department which focus on the specialist health needs of women and includes acute obstetrics, gynaecology, and women’s cancer care.

Responsibilities

• Being aware of the Unit and organisational goals and achieving these.
• Initiating and participating in Quality Improvement Activities.
• Participating in activities outside the unit in related fields of interest.
• Participating in strategic planning for the unit.
• Provide a structure for identification of opportunities and implementation of customer service improvements
• Ensure patient confidentiality is always maintained.

Essential Criteria

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Or diploma in Nursing.
• Have AHPRA registration or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Membership of a Midwifery professional body.
• Experience in Triage / Emergency or Acute care environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong literacy skills.
