Retail Manager – Pharmacy based - South Dublin 

Full time, permanent contract, working 40 hours per week. Pharmacy opens Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm 

QR select are currently working closely with an Pharmacy, to recruit an experienced store manager their team in Dublin 1

The position demands a motivated, energetic, commercial and customer focused individual who is interested in driving a business forward. The successful applicant will have an understanding of retail and previous experience managing a team.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers and the general community, ensuring the highest level of customer standards

Creating a team environment and ensuring that the team are performing

Liaise with the regional manager and working to achieve pharmacy targets

Ensuring store commercial store standards within the pharmacy at all times

Analysing sales reports and store budgets

What are we looking for?

Must have previous retail management experience

Experience dealing with budgets, reports and delivering on KPI’s

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership abilities

Proven people management skills, in motivating and managing a team
