Cpl Healthcare are recruiting a Care Worker to facilitate a client focused service to adults with physical & sensory disabilities & complex health needs that include ABI.

Requirements 

? Training in responses to disability and medication management.

? Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare, or equivalent

? Full Driving license required.

? 5 day Rota over 7 days includes weekends and shift work.

? Experience of working with individuals with physical and sensory and ABI disability.

? Experience in the provision of community and home service based programmes and activities to promote independence and meet the needs, choices and abilities of clients.

This role requires the job holder to:

• To be able to work effectively in a team providing person centered support for clients.
• To be able to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of clients at all times.
• To be able to adhere to all policies and procedures.
• To be a resident of Ireland.
