Clarity are now recruiting for a Director of Nursing in a Healthcare Facility based in South Kerry

The Director of Nursing (DON) has day to day professional and managerial responsibility for the Nursing Home, supporting the Proprietor in delivering high quality, cost effective services.

The DON is accountable professionally for the implementation of the clinical strategy and development of clinical practices and for ensuring professional leadership, development for clinical staff and improvements in the patient experience.

The Ideal Candidate must be/have:

Third Level Degree in Nursing

3 years management experience in the last 6 years

Be active on the live NMBI register

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on your own initiative

Good time management

Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
