Clarity Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced CNM1 for an office based role, for a community and home care agency for a position based in South Dublin

Under the direction of the CNM2 / Director support the day to day running of the business.

Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality, safe and effective homecare to customers within budget.

Manage all aspects of the staff team.

Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.

The Ideal Candidate must be/have:

Full NMBI registration and to be active on the live NMBI register

Minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience within a healthcare setting

Proven experience in leadership and people management essential

Qualification in Healthcare Management is desirable but not essential

Ability to demonstrate compassion, kindness and to act as a role model for staff under your management
