The Opportunity : Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) - Co. Clare (46 Bedded Residential Care Home)


TTM Healthcare on behalf of our clients are currently recruiting a full time Clinical Nurse Manager for a 46 bedded Residential Care Home based in Co. Clare.

Location : The Care home is located on the West Coast of Clare 12 minutes from Kilkee and Doonbeg and 4 minutes from Cappagh Pier.

Overview :

To promote and maintain the highest attainable standard of clinical and nursing care within the nursing home.
The CNM works as a member of the team contributing to the fulfilment of the philosophy of care; Nursing home care delivered with Compassion, Dignity and Respect.


Skills, Attributes, Qualifications :

Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with active PIN.
Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
Sound decision making ability
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative
Ability to work well and promote a team environment
Results driven

All posts are subject to satisfactory references, medical and Garda vetting.
